I’m Nitya - a spiritual life coach, yoga educator, and guide in emotional and energetic healing. My path is rooted in the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, informed by Inter-Spirituality and Metaphysics, and shaped by my own journey of coming home to myself. My mission is to inspire 1 million women to inspire 1 million women (and on and on from there) to Spiritual Homecoming and Empowered Presence in order to live our Soul’s Truth & Path courageously and authentically, so that collectively we may transform this world into the HOME we all want to live in.
I was shaped by the norms of Western culture, where the body is often ignored, intuition silenced, and success defined by external measures of productivity and perfection. But something in me always knew there had to be another way – a more embodied, intuitive, and soul-aligned path.
Yoga became my doorway back to myself. Ayurveda was my mirror, reflecting the unique wisdom of my mind-body constitution. And in the stillness, Spirit became my guiding light, gently ushering me home to the truth of who I am.
My Work
Through one-on-one coaching, spiritual writing, and soul-aligned resources, I hold space for women who are seeking a deeper, more embodied way of living. Women who are burned out by modern life. Women who want to return to their own breath, body, and becoming. Women who know there’s more - and are ready to claim it.
I approach my writing, offerings, and coaching with deep emotional awareness and intuition. My work is spiritually rooted and grounded in deep truth-telling. I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer sacred remembering.

At The Nitya Now, my work is both a calling and a livelihood. When you invest in coaching with me, you’re not just paying for time - you’re entering a sacred, intentional space designed for your healing, growth, and soul-aligned transformation.
I pour my full presence, care, and training into every session. This includes the years of wisdom I’ve gathered from Yoga, Ayurveda, Inter-Spiritual ministry, and Metaphysical study, as well as the energetic and emotional labor that sacred holding requires.

Nitya means “eternal,” or “every day,” or “fixed.”
It’s the name given to me during my initiation into the Vedic path—an anchoring reminder of what cannot be lost, even when we forget. The Nitya Now is the name of this work, this ministry, this space. It is here to help you return to the truth of who you are, now and always.
