Serenity Now LLC, Non-Profit

The mission of Serenity Now LLC is to create a nurturing sanctuary and learning environment that supports emotional healing, spiritual growth, and empowered living for women in need.

The Organization will pursue its mission through a four-phase model:

Phase 1: Emotional Support & Coaching
Provide no-cost access to emotional support services including 1) holistic, personal development, and spiritual online courses, 2) one-to-one spiritual life coaching, and 3) emotional wellness and personal development resources and tools for single mothers and women facing trauma or life hardship.

Phase 2: Sanctuary Development
Acquire and steward land for the development of a physical healing sanctuary, including tiny homes, community kitchen and gathering spaces, food forests, gardens, and sacred spaces to foster sustainable & rejuvenative living, nourishment, and communal connection.

Phase 3: Educational Retreat & Learning Center
Establish a nature-based residential and retreat campus offering teachings in Yoga, Ayurveda, Inter-Spiritual Meditation, Metaphysical Science, Permaculture, Rejuvenative Farming, and Earth-based healing arts. The Center will welcome residents, students, volunteers, and visitors for seasonal retreats, workshops, and service-based learning.

Phase 4: The Creation of Additional Sites, Programs, Organizations

In furtherance of its charitable and educational purposes, the Organization may develop, support, and inspire the creation of additional sites, programs, or organizations that embody the mission and spiritual framework of Serenity Now. These initiatives may include affiliated sanctuaries, licensed training hubs, or collaborative nonprofit partnerships, both domestically and internationally. All such activities shall be designed to preserve the founding vision, uphold the Organization’s spiritual integrity, and advance its exempt purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The long-term vision is to create multiple living models of sacred reciprocity and regenerative healing - where women are empowered to rise from trauma into wholeness, where spirit and sustainability thrive in harmony, and where a movement to help all globally is nourished.
